Job Description Summary:
The Administrative Assistant 2 provides routine administrative and secretarial support as directed for an individual group or department. Responsibilities may include coordination and scheduling supplies and equipment ordering meeting minutes correspondence Answer and transfer phone calls prepare spreadsheets and presentations. Manage schedules coordinate travel conference calls process expense reimbursement requests. Completes routine tasks under moderate supervisionJob Description:
Duties/Responsibilities
Answering and screening telephone calls
Prepare reports meeting minutes and correspondence.
Create and edit documents spreadsheets and presentations.
Schedule coordination arrange appointments and itineraries.
Coordinate meetings travel conference calls and complete expense reports
Maintain general office supplies and order project materials
Coordinate incoming / outgoing mail and packages
Coordinate clearance/badge requests
Ensure required internal paperwork/documents are maintained for audit compliance
Coordinate internal moves and facilities rearrangement maintenance and custodial requests
Performs other duties as assigned
Place P-Card orders for various materials
Tracking Capital expenditures (Equipment facilities upgrades etc.)
Acting as timesheet proxy for department staff
Skills
Highly proficient administrative support skills and office applications skills (Microsoft Word PowerPoint Excel)
Highly proficient in all communication skills (phone verbal and written)
Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with poise and professionalism
Ability to proofread and edit written documents
Strong organizational coordination and judgment skills
Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associates Degree in a related field of Study preferred
Experience
3-5 years administrative assistant experience required

$24.00 - $40.80Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills experience and relevant education or training. Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreements approved rates by location and role.
