Capitol Consulting LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organised Administrative Assistant to join our professional team in Atlanta. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to our consultants and management team acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain executives schedules appointments and travel arrangements.
  • Organise and coordinate meetings conferences and company events.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence reports presentations and other documents.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails directing enquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Maintain an organised and efficient digital and physical filing system.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and ensure the office is well-maintained.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as processing expense reports and invoices.
  • Provide general administrative support to the wider team as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant Virtual Assistant or in a similar office support role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • A proactive attitude and the capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus.
