Administrative and Reports Specialist

EnSafe is accepting applications for anAdministrative and Reports Specialistbased out of ourPensacola FLoffice.

As anAdministrative and Reports Specialist you will work on a wide range of projects in an environment that fosters creativity collaboration at all levels a culture of support and professional growth. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will:

• Process reports formatting confirming appropriate styles and compiling reports (electronically in PDF format and/or printed hard copies in binders)
• Grammar/Syntax review of documents reports letters proposals etc.
• Conducting data entry
• Organizing and maintaining confidential client files
• Assisting staff with internal overhead processes (travel scheduling scanning reports/documents photocopying expense reports etc.)
• General office duties (phone mail FedEx shipping filing production of training materials stocking break room items and supplies etc.)
• Other general duties that arise.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Adobe Acrobat PowerPoint).
• Must be a highly organized and meticulous individual; able to collaborate effectively with multiple offices at one time manage multiple tasks and assignments; ability to work with strict deadlines/under pressure have a pleasant can-do attitude and use critical thinking.
• A college degree is a plus but not required.
