Admin Title Clerk

Summary

This position handles all administrative work in the dealership processes customer purchase packets to send accurate and complete contracts to the appropriate bank.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and process all documents associated with customer vehicle purchase including the bank contract while ensuring all documents are signed properly
• Post service tickets to correct GL
• Post vendor invoices
• Take customer payments
• Accurately maintain filing system for car deals
• Properly represent the dealership to its customers and vendors in a friendly manner
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Automotive Billing experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Organized with a keen attention to detail
• Strong computer & phone skills
• Professional personal appearance and work ethic
• Self-motivated goal oriented and ability to work within a fast-paced environment
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the United Sates be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks MVR drug test and valid driver license.
