Location: St. Illa Access Unit 3455 Harris Rd. Waycross Closing date: Open until filledHourly Rate: $17.50Job Description: Provides clerical functions and engagement responsibilities in the Admissions Unit. Duties include drafting basic correspondence answering telephones providing information to callers scheduling appointments Responsibilities: Will work Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 : Knowledge of general office procedures including typing filing etc. Great customer service skills. Excellent phone etiquette. Proficient with computers. Ability to multi-task. Ability to complete assignments in a timely manner while having multiple interruptions. Knowledge of office software i.e. Microsoft Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and two years experience in general office work. Prefer experience in Behavioral Health. Must be at least 21 years old to apply.
