The primary purpose of the Emergency Medical Servives (EMS) Administrative Assistant is to provide administrative support for the EMS Director EMS Operations Manager EMS Clinical Manager and within the Cooper EMS department.
The EMS administrative assistant coordinates schedules meetings correspondence and departmental activities.
Provides administrative support Manages office phones and mail greets visitors and maintains an organized office environment.
Repsonsible for completing payroll. Some functions of the position must be performed in a confidential manner.
3-5 years administrative assistant experience preferably in a health care setting
Strong interpersonal organizational administrative and computer skills
Proficiency in MS Word Excel PPT
High School Graduate; Some college preferred
Full time 40 hours a week
Monday through Friday
Hours: 8a-4:30p
