• Create and update basic marketing materials using Canva
• Create and send email campaigns using Constant Contact
• Help create and schedule social media posts
• Assist with Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and other social media accounts
• Update customer and marketing contact lists
• Help organize photos videos and other marketing content
• Assist with flyers promotions email newsletters and company announcements
• Communicate in both English and Spanish when needed
• Help keep our branding and marketing consistent
• Assist with other basic marketing and office projects.
• Attend networking events and visit our clients offices

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Comfortable using Canva
• Experience with Constant Contact or similar email marketing software
• Comfortable using social media
