Job Summary
Position Description:
The Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling Program in the College of Behavioral & Community Sciences is seeking an Adjunct Instructor for the Fall 2026 semester. The Adjunct Instructor is responsible for teaching graduate courses. This role includes preparing and delivering course materials assessing student performance providing timely feedback and maintaining appropriate academic and professional standards. Adjunct faculty are expected to foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment support student success and adhere to departmental and institutional guidelines.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate in a Counseling field and identifies professionally as a Rehabilitation Counselor or Mental Health Counselor.
- Must be a certified Rehabilitation counselor or licensed/ eligible for license as an LMHC in Florida within 1 year.
- Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Instructor.
