Job Summary
The Department of Athletic Training invites applications for an Adjunct Instructor to teach multiple online sections of ATR 1300 Medical Terminology. This course introduces students to the foundational language of healthcare including medical word construction terminology related to body systems common abbreviations and effective communication within healthcare environments.
The adjunct instructor willbe responsible foronline course facilitation student engagement assessment of student learningtimelyfeedback andmaintainingregular communication with students and departmental leadership. The successful candidate willdemonstratea commitment to effective online teaching practices and supporting student success in preparation for careers in healthcare.
Minimum qualifications include an earned masters degree in athletic training healthcare orrelateddiscipline.Previousexperience using a learning management systemarepreferred.
