The Department of Mathematics and Physics seeks applicants interested in teaching mathematics and statistics courses at the introductory level. Class sizes are small and students have access to free tutoring and other support on campus.

Faculty are required to teach introductory physics to a wide variety of students. They should have a strong background in physics or a related field. A Masters or Ph.D. is preferred but candidates with significant graduate level coursework will be considered. Teaching experience is not required but preferred.

At the Universitys discretion the education and experience prerequisites may be accepted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the University an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position.
