Pay Rate $24.01-26.44 per hour depending on certification and experience!

Bachelors in Human Services or related preferred

CADAC II or ability to obtain within 24 months

We are seeking Substance Abuse/Drug and Alcohol Treatment Professionals to serve as the Addiction Recovery Specialist in a full-time position at Wabash Valley Correctional Facility in Carlisle Indiana.

The Addiction Recovery Specialist provides supportive substance abuse treatment and rehabilitation services to patients within a correctional facility through outpatient treatment addiction recovery education and group counseling.

• Bachelors degree in human services fieldrequired
• Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC II LAC LAC-A LSW) or higher certification/licensureor the ability to obtain within 24 months of hiring date
• Must show/obtain current tuberculosis screening documentation and active CPR first-aid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) use certification
• Must be able to pass a background investigation and obtain agency security clearance where applicable
