Job Summary

Position Summary
The Add Health Contracts Coordinator supports the administration of the Add Health restricted-use data program by coordinating researcher access to restricted-use data and ensuring that related contracts agreements and access permissions are managed accurately and efficiently. Serving as a primary point of contact for researchers and institutional representatives this position provides guidance throughout the application and contract process and helps ensure compliance with established data use and data security requirements. Working closely with Add Health investigators and staff the UNC Office of Sponsored Programs CPC Information Technology and external institutions the Add Health Contracts Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the restricted-use contracts program. Responsibilities include overseeing the online Contracts Management System facilitating the execution of Data Use Agreements coordinating researcher access to secure computing environments supporting Data Hosting Agreement applications and maintaining records related to contracts and authorized data users. The position requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse community of researchers and administrative partners.

Work Schedule
Monday-Friday 8a-5p although a flexible work schedule may be considered.
