Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) ishiring an Activity Assistant to join our Activities Department inStockton Missouri someone who leads with skill compassion and a drive to positivelyimpactevery patient and family we serve.

What Your Day Looks Like:Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility (LSHCF) is a 90-bed long-term skilled nursing facility. A 30-bed memory care unit meets the specific needs of individuals with Alzheimers disease and other forms of dementia.

As an Activity Assistantyou will be:

• Documenting daily attendance and participation of each resident

• Facilitating resident activities throughout the day.

• Contacting volunteers and setting up entertainment

• Leading activities assigned by the Director of Activities

• Assistingresidents to and from each activity as needed

Qualifications:

Education:High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience:Education preferred customer service long term care preferred

Skills:Communication outgoing creative computer skills

Licensure/Certification:Full CPR within 6 months of employment

Physical Requirements:Ability to stand for 60% of the day and sitting with resident for the remaining 40%
