Pay: $20.50/hr

Support Personal Care Needs: Assist individuals with dining toileting and transfers ensuring their comfort and dignity.
Implement Engaging Programs: Develop and lead individual and group activities that promote skill development independence and community integration.
Collaborate on Behavior Plans: Work with the clinical team to create and implement behavior management strategies tailored to each individual.
Facilitate Transportation: Assist with transporting participants to various activities and appointments as needed.
Evaluate and Document Progress: Conduct satisfaction surveys document participant progress and ensure compliance with Individual Support Plans (ISPs).
Bachelors degree in education or a related field preferred. High School diploma with 1 year of related experience also accepted.
Compassionate organized and eager to make a difference.
A valid drivers license and the ability to assist in physical interventions as needed.
