Sentara Pace (Program of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Manager Recreational Therapist Activities.

Position Status: Full Time Days M-F 8am-4:30pm

Position Location: Norfolk VA

Overview

Responsible for the planning developing organizing implementing evaluation directing and coordinating approved Activities Program for participants of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in accordance with federal state and local standards and the policies and procedures of Sentara PACE and Sentara Health.

Education

• Bachelor Level Degree (Required)

Certification/Licensure

• BLS
• Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist
• Drivers License

We provide market-competitive compensation packages inclusive of base pay incentives and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $69617.60 - $102315.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials standby/on-call pay shift premiums extra-shift incentives or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications experience location market conditions and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted it is based on a full-time colleague working 2080 hours annually.
