- Lead and grow a dynamic Activities team hiring training scheduling and evaluating assistants
- Design and deliver a well-rounded therapeutic activities program across all shifts including evenings and weekends
- Facilitate monthly Resident Council meetings and champion resident voice
- Manage the facility volunteer program from recruitment through recognition
- Partner with clinical and marketing teams to support community engagement and census growth
- Complete assessments care plans and documentation in compliance with local state and federal guidelines
- Celebrate holidays milestone events and daily wins in meaningful ways
One of the following:
- Associates degree from an accredited college or university
- Two years of college coursework
- Two years of experience in long-term care activities or memory care
Plus:
- Genuine passion for working with the senior population
- Knowledge of the domains of wellness as they relate to LTC programming
- High energy strong organization and creative thinking
- Compassion accountability and a team-first attitude
