Job Summary

As Activities Coordinator you will conduct group and individual recreational activities according to an individuals needs capabilities and with the interdisciplinary team to identify and implement meaningful group activities with focus on emphasizing the preferences of individuals daily instruction and guidance to staff regarding activity delivery methods and techniques as well as at staff and implement necessary precautions in exercising responsibility for the care and safety of individuals curriculum binders for each classroom to ensure that varied and age-appropriate activities are planned and conducted for all individuals CoordinatorCoordinate activities at our four facilities located in San Fernando Valley (Chatsworth Northridge and Woodland Hills)$18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience)40 hours/week; Monday-FridayValid drivers license in good standing with car registration and vehicle insurance REQUIREDCertification in Activity Coordinator preferred or 1-2 years of experienceFull benefits package for full-time employees (medical dental vision insurance 401K with company match life insurance and more)Qualifications:Activity program personnel with appropriate training and experience shall be available to meet the needs and interests of patients. An activity program leader shall be designated by and be responsible to the administration.
