What Youll Do
As a Activities Assistant youll play a key role in enriching the daily lives of our residents. You will:

• Support the development of personalized community life plans that highlight each residents strengths interests and goals
• Observe and document resident participation mood and engagement to help track progress
• Encourage socialization physical activity personal interests and lifelong learning
• Help create a warm engaging and supportive environment where residents feel valued and connected

What Youll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• A passion for helping others and bringing joy to the lives of seniors
