Schedule:Monday through Friday 11:30am-8pm

THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION
Responsibilities:
- Assists guests with finalizing their vacation package reservation date
- Handles properly the Avaya Dialer System to maximize productivity
- Adheres to daily Campaign Assignment schedules as directed by any/all Leadership
- Collaborates with other Call Center Departments to ensure proper Paperwork itinerary letter requests and
- inventory requests
- Documents guests accounts
- Adheres to Approved Sales Pitch offer as designed per Campaign
- Increases revenue by selling extra nights upgrades package upgrades tickets car rentals and additional rooms
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Quality service fundamentals MS Office Suite.
- Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
- Strong interpersonal communication
