THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION

Responsibilities:

• Assists guests with finalizing their vacation package reservation date
• Handles properly the Avaya Dialer System to maximize productivity
• Adheres to daily Campaign Assignment schedules as directed by any/all Leadership
• Collaborates with other Call Center Departments to ensure proper Paperwork itinerary letter requests and
• inventory requests
• Documents guests accounts
• Adheres to Approved Sales Pitch offer as designed per Campaign
• Increases revenue by selling extra nights upgrades package upgrades tickets car rentals and additional rooms

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Quality service fundamentals MS Office Suite.
• Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong ability to think strategically and analyze information timely and accurately
• Strong interpersonal communication
