Overview
Job Title: Acquisition Management Support I
Location: San Diego CA
Position Summary
Provides acquisition and program-management support to the NILE PMO under the direction of the Acquisition Management Support II lead and the NILE Project Manager. Focuses on day-to-day acquisition documentation meeting administration action-item and schedule maintenance and program records management.
Key Responsibilities:
Support preparation of Procurement Requests contract modifications Technical Direction Letters and other Government deliverables in support of the NILE In-Service Support contract
Assist the NILE PMO in procuring ancillary items at the direction of the Project Manager
Support action-item management: assignment tracking review status resolution and closure; maintain and update the action-item tracker and support monthly NILE AI review meetings
Update and maintain the NILE PMO schedule and deliver it weekly to the PMO
Assist with drafting meeting minutes and reports (CDRL A005) briefing materials (CDRL A008) and official correspondence
Support risk and opportunity management metrics tracking and cost-related reporting under the direction of the PAPMs and the AMS II lead
Maintain and organize the NILE document library portals and online repositories; apply proper foreign-disclosure and distribution markings to material
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree (business program management or related field)
Approximately 35 years of relevant acquisition/program-management support experience
DAWIA Level I/II in Program Management or working toward PMP/equivalent (desired)
US Citizen with Active US SECRET clearance with eligibility for NATO Secret access
Required Skills:
High-caliber oral written and briefing skills; strong organizational and time-management skills; excellent record management for formal minutes/action/decision items; sound understanding of financial planning budgeting and forecasting on international programs; ability to negotiate with international meeting venues; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint Project Teams).

Physical Requirements:
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time. Position may require typing and reading from a computer screen. Must have sufficient mobility including but not limited to bending reaching and kneeling to complete daily duties in a timely and efficient manner. There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work walking moderate to long distance may be required. Possible lifting up to 25 lbs.
