ACDC Motor Winder Technician

We are seeking an experienced AC/DC Electric Motor Winder Technician to repair rebuild test and rewind industrial electric motors and electromechanical equipment including experience winding and rewinding coils armatures stators rotors and transformers.

• Relocation reimbursement: Up to $3000 with receipts
• Housing assistance: $650/month for 3 months ($1950)
• Sign-on/retention bonuses: $1000 at start $1500 at 90 days and $1500 at 180 days

Responsibilities

• Rewind AC/DC electric motors armatures wound rotors stators and transformers
• Disassemble inspect repair and reassemble industrial electric motors
• Perform electrical testing and troubleshooting
• Read and interpret schematics blueprints and technical manuals
• Operate motor shop equipment and testing instruments
• Complete repair documentation and work orders
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Experience rewinding AC/DC motors armatures wound rotors stators or transformers
• Experience repairing industrial electric motors
• Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
• Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Experience using hand tools power tools and motor testing equipment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
