Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for the timely and accurate follow-up collection reconciliation and resolution of patient accounts and third-party payer claims for a Critical Access Hospital. This position supports the hospitals financial health by ensuring maximum reimbursement from Medicare Medicaid commercial insurance carriers managed care organizations workers compensation liability carriers and self-pay accounts.
Qualifications :
Previous accounts receivable and billing experience required.
