Job Summary

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will have the primary task of reviewing customer sales tax exemption forms and entering them into the system. The Accounts Receivable Specialist will enjoy a flexible schedule with the goal of keeping customer information as current and up-to-date as possible.

Pay Range:$18.00-$20.00 (Based on experience).

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Reviews customer exemption forms for completeness.
Follows-up with incomplete forms.
Files the forms electronically in a specified directory.
Completes the exemption setup in the system within a 5-7 day window.
Communicates with customers and store personnel as needed.
May perform other duties as assigned.

Education Training Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
