Job Type:Full-time Hybrid(must be able to work in-office 2-3 days a week).
Salary:$55k-$60k.
Position Overview
The Accounts Receivable Specialist is responsible for invoicing payment processing collections and account reconciliation. This role requires strong organizational skills attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
Responsibilities
- Generate and send customer invoices.
- Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts.
- Process payments reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing issues.
- Prepare daily deposits and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with month-end reconciliations and reporting.
- Support the accounting team with additional projects as needed
Qualifications
- 2 years of Accounts Receivable billing collections or related accounting experience preferred.
- QuickBooks and NetSuite experience preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail organization and communication skills.
- Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus
