• Process and apply customer payments accurately and timely.
• Maintain customer account records and payment information.
• Reconcile customer accounts and investigate discrepancies.
• Monitor aging reports and assist with collections activities.
• Communicate with customers regarding invoices payments and account balances.
• Generate account statements and reports as needed.
• Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable activities.
• Follow company accounting procedures internal controls and confidentiality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.

• Associate degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field.
• Two or more years of accounts receivable bookkeeping accounting or finance experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Experience in agricultural manufacturing distribution dealer networks or related industries is a plus
