This is a full-time role
Work Schedule:Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Work Restrictions: Because of vital nature of this work we do not allow medical marijuana cards and we do random drug testing on all of our employees.

Essential Functions...
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the invoicing department.
- Managing providing guidance training and performance feedback.
- Assist the team with invoice generation and process credit card transactions.
- Carry out billing collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines.
- Monitor customer account details for non-payments delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Reconcile daily transactions and manage document flow.
- Perform system testing of all enhancements.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries.
- Perform daily transaction audits to ensure a high level of team accuracy.
- Communicate with customers via phone email or mail.
- Assist with month-end closing.
- Collect data and prepare monthly metrics.
Position Requirements...
- 2-4 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience
- Knowledge of office administration and procedures
- Experience with general bookkeeping procedures
- Knowledge of general accounting principals
- Proficient in Netsuite (or other ERP system) Excel Word and Outlook
This position has supervisory responsibility.

This is a largely sedentary role; however some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. Also the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing is required.
