What Youll DoAs an Accounts Receivable Credit Associate youll play an essential role in maintaining customer accounts and supporting the companys revenue operations by:Processing customer payments via credit card ACH and PayPalRecording payments accurately and efficientlyPerforming high-profile customer account reconciliationsMonitoring the Accounts Receivable group email and ticketing systemReviewing order processing reports for billing exceptions to ensure daily shipping deadlines are metManaging a portfolio of 100 customer accounts while building strong customer relationshipsMonitoring customer balances credit limits and payment termsReviewing aging reports and issuing account statements as neededResearching and processing new credit applications and account change requestsInvestigating credit card chargebacks and pursuing justified reimbursementsSupporting revenue recognition activities and financial reportingCollaborating across departments to resolve customer account issuesPerforming additional finance-related duties as assigned What Were Looking ForWere looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as they enjoy working with qualifications include:Minimum of 2 years of Accounts Receivable or related accounting experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in Accounting or related field preferredStrong understanding of Accounts Receivable processes and accounting principlesExperience managing medium to large customer accountsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite especially ExcelExperience using accounting or ERP softwareOutstanding customer service and relationship-building skillsExceptional attention to detail and accuracyStrong organization and time management skillsAbility to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently while contributing to a collaborative teamAccurate data entry skills and attention to financial detail Physical RequirementsAbility to remain seated or standing for extended periodsAbility to operate a computer telephone calculator printer copier and other office equipmentAbility to communicate effectively with coworkers and customers by phone email video conference and in personAbility to move throughout the office as neededAbility to occasionally lift or carry up to 10 poundsAbility to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and data entryVisual ability to review documents and work on a computer throughout the dayAbility to hear and communicate in a standard office environmentReasonable accommodations will be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
