Accounts Receivable Clerk

Position Title: Accounting Clerk
Location: San Juan Puerto Rico

Our client a leading company in the food distribution industry is seeking an entry-level accounting clerkto join their dynamic team in San Juan. This role is ideal for an organized proactive professional with a background in accounting and a passion for accurate financial this position youll play a vital role in supporting impactful construction projects that shape the landscape of Puerto Rico.

• Manage accounts receivable processes ensuring timely collection of payments and accurate recording of transactions
• Prepare and maintain financial reports related to accounts receivable client payments and outstanding balances
• Reconcile accounts investigate discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients and internal teams
• Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to support month-end and year-end close processes
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to analyze data and create detailed reports

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Business Administration or a related field
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
