As our Accounts Payable Supervisor youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department while ensuring invoices vendor payments expense reimbursements and financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.

What Youll Do
As our Accounts Payable Supervisor youll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Payable department while ensuring invoices vendor payments expense reimbursements and financial transactions are processed accurately and on time.
Youll also:
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing Accounts Payable team
- Ensure timely processing of invoices ACH payments wire transfers and check runs
- Build strong relationships with vendors and internal business partners
- Oversee month-end AP close activities reconciliations and reporting
- Maintain strong internal controls and support audit activities
- Identify opportunities to improve processes through automation and continuous improvement
- Partner with Operations Procurement Payroll Project Managers and Finance leadership to support business objectives

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of progressive Accounts Payable experience
- 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience using ERP/accounting software
- Strong understanding of Accounts Payable processes reconciliations and financial controls
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Excellent organizational analytical and communication skills
- Construction industrial services environmental services or field service industries
- High-volume Accounts Payable operations
- AP automation or ERP implementations
- 1099 reporting
- Lean or continuous improvement initiatives
- Private equity-backed organizations
