Accounts Payable Specialist Lysander

The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the plant with specific focus in the areas of accounts payable budget process purchasing monthly financial and sustainability reporting. The approved annual compensation package for this role is $50000-$54000 with an added monthly bonus.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage Accounts Payable tasks
• Plant budgeting process
• Manage Purchase Order (PO) process
• Responsible for management of plant and office supplies
• Support Corporate Finance team in plant related financial tasks
• Generate and distribute reports

Required Skills:

Education / Training:

• HS Diploma required
• 2-4 years prior administrative experience required
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• SAP experience is a plus

Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information in scope of role.
• Ability to work in fast paced and challenging environment.

Position is on-site and not a remote working position
