Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist - Los Angeles CA (On-Site)

Location: Los Angeles CA (In-office Monday-Friday)

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to manage invoice processing reconciliations and financial reporting. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong accounting fundamentals data analysis skills and experience with QuickBooks and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable transactions including invoices payments reconciliations and adjustments
• Maintain accurate records for in-transit inventory expense reimbursements and real estate accounting
• Review and analyze financial data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Support monthly close budgeting forecasting and audit preparation
• Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting issues efficiently
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial operations
• Perform additional accounting analysis and reporting duties as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
• Proven experience in accounts payable bookkeeping or financial analysis
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables formulas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
• Excellent analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
