Job Description: Preferred Personnel Solutions is seeking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk for a food-grade distribution warehouse located in Villa Rica!

Qualifications for Accounts Payable Clerk:

After meeting all of PPS standard qualifications Candidate must meet below qualifications:

• Must have 3 or more years of data entry experience.

• Must be knowledgeable with computers.

• Willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.

Assignment Duties for Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Processing vendor invoices and payments.

• Maintaining accurate payables records.

• Ensuring compliance with payment schedules and policies.

• Coordinating with procurement and finance teams.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Shift Details: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM

Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
