University City Housing is a Philadelphia-based property management company with significant real estate holdings in and around the Philadelphia metropolitan area. Our current portfolio consists of 4000 residential units and 250000 square feet of commercial space.

We are seeking a motivated and professionalAccounts Payable Associateto join our Bryn Mawr team! The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven track record for taking initiative and workingboth independently and as part of a team to deliver results. An ideal candidate will be highly organized enthusiastic process and detail oriented anda confident self-starter. Candidates must have a strong the ability to multi-task excellent organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Communication with various levels of management vendors and residents
• Records and account maintenance
• Invoice processing
• Vendor Administration
• Data analysis
• Special projects as requested by Management

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Prior Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and/or related software
• Strong bookkeeping & analytical background
• Background in Entrata is a plus!
• 2 years experience
• Prior experience in a high volume firm preferred
