We are looking for an Accounts Payable Associate to join our Accounting & Finance team! The person in this position will be responsible for entering invoices routing invoices resolving issues with invoices collecting W9s and COI and assisting with daily accounting functions as well as month-end processes. The work is in a fast-paced environment that requires full-time hours.
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with uploading invoices into Timberscan maintaining accounts payable records
Assist with Fuel card and credit card processing
Assist with monitoring accounting procedures policies and internal controls
Assist in special projects as needed
Perform other tasks as assigned
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
