Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to join our clients accountingteam. The Accounting Manager will be responsible for overseeing the companys financial operations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounting processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance excellent leadership skills and a passion for driving business success. APPLY NOW!!

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the companys accounting functions including accounts payable accounts receivable payroll and general ledger

Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

Prepare and analyze financial statements reports and budgets

Manage month-end and year-end closing processes

Monitor and review financial data for accuracy and identify any discrepancies

Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management for decision making

Manage and mentor a team of accountants to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks

Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions

Develop and implement strategies to improve financial processes and procedures

Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations to ensure compliance and best practices

Qualifications:

Bilingual: (English - Spanish)

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations

Experience with financial reporting and budgeting

Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent leadership communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in the staffing or recruitment industry is a plus
