Job Summary
Twin Resources is partnering with a manufacturer in Englewood Ohio to find an Accounting Manager
Responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIILITIES includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Bachelors Degree (B.S or B.A.) from four-year college or university preferably in Business Accounting or Finance. Five to seven years experience in accounting/financial reporting required. Prior supervisory responsibility and manufacturing or cost accounting experience is preferred. Must have strong experience with Microsoft Excel and Word. A non-degreed associate must have a combination of equivalent education and experience. Experience with Plex is a plus.

- Ensure the preparation of accurate and timely monthly financial reports. Communicate results of operations with company VPs.
- Initiate budget and forecasting activities.
- Recommends to management major corporate economic strategies objectives and policies for company. Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the accounting department.
- Plan analyze direct and schedule the accounting functions. Coordinate all activities of accounting staff relating to Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Cash Inventories Payroll / HR Administration.
- Provides management with timely reviews of organizations financial status and progress in its various programs and activities.
- Assist with year end financial review of companys accounts performed by retained CPA firm.
- Prepares reports required by regulatory agencies.
- Support for administration of company benefit plans.
- Responsible for daily cash management.
- Special projects as needed.
- Assure all qualified associates actively follows the company Safety & Health Policy Manual.
