This high-profile Accounting Manager role in the Arlington TX area is open due to a promotion and includes full relocation. The position also offers H1-B Visa sponsorship if applicable.

KNM is targeting a professional with 4 to 6 years of experience in a combination of public accounting and corporate accounting or straight Big 4/top regional experience. Strong internal controls and experience with publicly traded companies are essential. A CPA or near completion is required. This high-profile position also offers opportunities for development and advancement.

Comply with all SEC & IFRS guidelines

Ensuring complete and accurate financial statements and disclosures.

Provide XBRL oversight

Participate in preparing financial statement disclosures

Ensure SOX 404 controls adhere to accounting policies and procedures.

Liaise with departments across the company including Accounting Treasury Tax and Investor Relations

Provide support in the area of any new or recent accounting standards to ensure financial statement disclosures are accurate

Continuously improve and automate where possible

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors Degree in Accounting
CPA or nearing completion
4 8 years of public accounting or public/private accounting experience
Strong Internal Controls / SOX compliance experience
Publicly traded company experience that includes US GAAP and or IFRS
Strong analytical skills
