Position Summary

Ragle Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-orientedAccounting Internfor our Summer 2027 Internship Program.

This 10-week internship provides hands-on experience with the financial operations behind a heavy civil construction company. The intern will work alongside ourAccountingteam and gain exposure toAccounts Payable Accounts Receivable Equipment Accounting and general accounting functionswhile contributing toreal businessactivities and projects.

What Youll Do

• Assistwith vendor invoices documentation coding and payment processing

• Support customer billing payment application and account reconciliation

• Assistwith equipment accounting including equipment costs transfers purchases and asset records

• Help prepare account reconciliations spreadsheets and accounting reports

• Gain exposure to month-end accounting activities

• Review financial and equipment data for accuracy

• Maintain organized accounting records and documentation

• Assistwith special projects and process improvement initiatives

• Work with Accounting and other departments to learn how financial operations support construction projects

What Were Looking For

• Currently pursuing abachelors degree inAccounting Finance Business Administration or a related field

• Basic understanding of accounting principles through coursework

• Proficiencywith Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Willingness to learn and work as part of a team

• Interest in construction project accounting or corporate accounting is a plus

• Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

• Construction billing and job cost accounting

• Equipment and fixed asset accounting
