Tasks
Accounting & Finance Operations
- Execute daily accounting operations including journal entries accruals and account reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable (AR/AP) including payment runs payment processing and cash monitoring.
- Prepare and support the month-end and year-end close including postings reconciliations and close documentation.
- Monitor liquidity perform bank account reconciliations and ensure accurate cash position reporting.
- Support the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal controls and accounting processes in line with group policies and company growth.
- Coordinate U.S tax filings and reconciliations in coordination with external providers.
- Drive and support the preparation of variance analyses versus budget and prior periods.
- Support the local sales and marketing teams in US when it comes to financial matters.
- Ensure high-quality data in the ERP system.
- Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.
- Apply group accounting policies and internal controls.
- Ensure proper documentation approvals and segregation of duties.
- Escalate risks or deviations to CFO / Controller HQ.
- Review payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal state and local regulations.
- Review sales reports and commission calculations for payroll runs ensuring consistency with approved policies and agreements.

Your profile
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field.
- 58 years of experience in accounting and finance operations either in public accounting or industry.
- Solid experience with monthend close processes and general ledger accounting.
- Strong Excel skills; experience with accounting and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Experience working in multinational environments and/or crossborder accounting.
- Background in manufacturing and/or salesdriven organizations; experience in regulated industries is a plus.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
