Accounting Clerk Part-Time

• Process accounts payable invoices and verify supporting documentation
• Review and reconcile company credit card transactions
• Upload and code supplier invoices
• Receive and process customer payments including remote check deposits
• Process ACH and credit card payments
• Maintain subcontractor insurance compliance records
• Assist with payroll-related administrative functions
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate financial records
• Support the Finance Department with additional accounting-related projects as needed
  
  

• Previous accounting bookkeeping accounts payable or finance support experience preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting and bookkeeping principles
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  
  

• Part-time position (approximately 20-30 hours per week)
• Flexible schedule between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday through Friday
• Employees may work their weekly hours over fewer days if preferred subject to business needs and supervisor approval
• Schedule will be established in coordination with the Finance Department
