In this role you will be working as an Accounting Assistant for a client in the Civil / Geotechnical Engineering field. This position is responsible for supporting account receivable functions as well as some office / administrative support - phones scheduling shipping files/documentation.
This is an ongoing temporary position - 20 to 25 hours per week onsite. Schedule can be flexible with business hours throughout the week.
Pay $28-30/Hour
Job Requirements:
- 2 years accounting / accounts receivable / administrative support
- MS Office / spreadsheets
- Detlak / Ajera software is a big plus but can be trained
