We are seeking a detail-oriented Account Analyst to support accounts payable expense management general ledger activity reconciliations and financial reporting deliverables. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment reviewing financial activity for accuracy and collaborating across teams to support month-end quarter-end and year-end processes.

• Prepare journal entries including reclass entries Inter Company entries and accrual entries.

• Data enter monthly Accounts Payable vouchers and Inter Company payments.

• Prepare Reconciliation of accounts monthly and quarterly

• Analyzing of expense accounts monthly

• Preparation of 1099 data

• Assist in updating deliverables in connection with quarterly and annual financials.

• Assist in special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance business or equivalent experience required.

• Two to five years of accounting experience.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Proficiency in Oracle preferred

• Accounts payable accounting experience.

The base salary range for this position is $65000 - $65000 annually. The offered rate of compensation will be based on individual education experience qualifications and work location.
