Job Title: Accounts Payable ClerkJob Department: AccountingJob Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour Job Summary:As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will be responsible for compile upkeep and processing financial transactions and maintaining vendor accounts for Broadmoor. This role ensures timely accurate payments while maintaining high standards of hospitality and financial accuracy. Learn more about Broadmoor Duties and Responsibilities include following. Other duties may be assigned:Verifies matches and processes high-volume invoices with purchase orders and receiving invoices to the correct department and general ledger and execute daily payment vendor statements and resolve inquiries billing discrepancies missing documentation or any invoice professionally with vendors and department organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial with month-end closing procedures accruals and audit shoots problems involving receivers and mail daily and distribute to with internal departments to get invoices approved and copies and analysis of various expense reports complete compliance with The Broadmoor guidelines operational procedures safety policies and institutional standards for excellence (Forbes Travel Guide and AAA Five-Diamond).Maintain a willingness to learn about The Broadmoors history estate grounds wilderness properties culinary offerings and retail additional duties and responsibilities as required.
