Accountant (Location: Beverly Hills CA 90211)

Reports To: Finance Manager

We are looking for

Hopefully you!Wereseeking an Accountant to join our Finance team at our Beverly Hills LA isa great opportunityfor a finance professional with at least 3 years of relevant experience who is looking to take ownership of core accounting functions across treasury fixed assetsrevenueand payables. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting fundamentals a collaborative mindset and the ability to contribute meaningfully to reporting compliance and business partnering activities.

TheAccountantskey responsibilities will include:

• End to end ownership of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes including reconciliations and dispute resolution

• Maintaining the fixed asset register processing additionsdisposalsand depreciation runs and ensuringaccuratepropertyplantand equipment records

• Month end close variance analysis and contributing to the monthly management accounts reporting pack

• Preparing monthly balance sheet reconciliations with minimal supervision

• Assistingwith compliance and tax reporting and other statutory filings

• Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes

• Business partnering with managers and stakeholders tobuild relationships and influence beyond just transactional work

We need you to bring

• ABachelors degree in Accounting Finance or equivalent
• CA/ CPA qualification (completed or near completion) is highly regarded
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel (including IFsVLOOKUPand data analysis functions) and MS Office
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail and logical thinking
• High levelsof initiative with the ability to work independently
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience withdemonstratedproficiencyacrosscash fixed assets accounts payable and receivable and financial reporting.
