Key Responsibilities
- Perform account reconciliations and analysis
- Prepare journal entries and support monthend close
- Assist with general ledger maintenance and closerelated tasks
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities as needed
- Enter scan and process invoices (mail is received onsite)
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records
- Provide support for special projects and ad hoc reporting as required
- Prior experience in accounting roles such as Staff/Senior Accountant
- Strong background in:
- Reconciliations
- Journal entries
- Monthend close
- Willingness to handle some transactional accounting work (AP/AR invoice processing)
- Detailoriented and comfortable working in a handson onsite environment
- Ability to commit to 5 days per week onsite in Torrance CA
- Pay Rate:$50/hour
- Duration:36 months
- Conversion:Potential contracttohire opportunity
