The Accountant will also serve as liaison between program operations Human Resources and Finance for the consistency of labor FunctionsOversee and maintain personnel labor distribution report (LDR) insuring labor allocation the LDR accounting system (Fund EZ) general ledger and HRIS (Dayforce) system recordsAdvise and support operations staff with processing staff allocation changes in the HR system to ensure accurate and timely the payroll department in bi-weekly payroll process exception books/journal entries for all labor allocation degree in accounting Finance or related fieldTwo years experience in an Accounting position with hands-on knowledge of account interpersonal skills to engage with different internal stakeholdersExcellent time-management skillsExcellent/Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a mustAccounting experience in a nonprofit environment preferred
