Job Summary
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks such as data entry bank reconciliations and ledger management
- Prepare and process payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Generate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports for management review
- Monitor cash flow and assist with budget tracking and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with local state and federal financial regulations and tax requirements
- Collaborate with management to support audits and financial planning initiatives
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting bookkeeping or a related financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks Xero or similar platforms
- Strong knowledge of general ledger accounting and financial reporting
- Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field preferred
- High attention to detail strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
