• Identify opportunities to optimize media messaging technology and candidate experiences.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance strategic recommendations research analysis and workflow efficiency.
• Apply critical thinking and professional judgment when evaluating AI-generated insights and content.
• Help clients understand how AI is influencing candidate behavior recruitment marketing and talent acquisition.
• Identify opportunities for automation and innovation while maintaining quality and accuracy.
• Stay current on evolving AI capabilities recruitment technologies and market trends.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide proactive recommendations.
• Analyze data and insights to identify opportunities and risks.
• Present findings and recommendations in a clear compelling manner.
• Partner with media creative technology and analytics teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day strategic advisor for assigned clients.
• Establish credibility through responsiveness expertise and results.
• Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
• Support account growth through thoughtful recommendations and consultative engagement.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in account management marketing advertising recruitment marketing or client services.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent communication presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into recommendations.
• Active user of AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude Gemini Copilot or similar technologies.
