ICF is seeking anAccount Manager based inOklahomatoassistinthedelivery ofenergy efficiency programs. The selected candidate willbe responsible formanaging a pipeline of existing energy efficiency projects and recruiting new participants into the program. The candidate will call on customers and contractorsinthe utility clients service territorywith the goal of increasing energy efficiency projects and participation in utility incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitprogram participants account management developing and implementing sales strategiespreparingand delivering persuasive presentations relationship building activities.
• Provide technicalassistanceand guidance on energy efficient technologies and practices to companiesparticipatingin utility-sponsored programs.
• Ensure projects are up to date in program tracking system by communicating with customersandcontractorson project status and expected completion dates
• Presentations and trainings to local stakeholder groups contractors and customers
• Work as part of a team ensuring that the evaluationimplementationand verification of energy efficiency projects are successfully executed inallmarkets.
• Providean arrayofcontractor support andassistanceservices
• Conduct surveys and inspections of energy efficiency projects to verify equipment installation and operation.
• Perform quality assurance reviews ofsubmittedprojects for approval

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree with2 years of utility energy efficiencyor equivalent trade experience
• Economic analysis and familiarity with energy efficiency program implementation.
• Proficientwith suite of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel PowerPoint Outlook etc.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Proven history of excellent attendance in the workplace free from excessive tardiness or absences
• Experience with energy efficiency technologies and practices is highly desirable
• Knowledge of the existing network ofdistributors contractors and constructioncompanies servingOklahoma
• Experience working on successful energy efficiency programs
• Utility experience and understanding of Demand Side Management (DSM) program implementation
• Experience with ENERGY STAR LEED and other program platforms
• Experience performing energy audits and energy savings calculations
• Must be physically able to climb ladders lift 20 pounds and perform physical tasks such as attic and crawl space inspections.
• Must have reliable transportation a valid drivers license and successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check
