Account Specialist II CSG

The Account Specialist II partners closely with Producers Account Managers and internal service teams to support Construction Specialty Group accounts. This role plays a key part in delivering highquality service while developing deeper technical and industry knowledge.

• Provide consistent timely and accurate service to internal and external clients
• Receive and respond to client and prospect inquiries; assist with quoting coverages when applicable
• Create and distribute certificates of insurance and other policy documentation
• Follow up on incomplete applications and change requests
• Support new business and renewal processes including preparation of renewal materials
• Assist with policy delivery and meet established turnaround expectations
• Coordinate invoicing and support resolution of account discrepancies
• Attend internal meetings client meetings and market discussions as needed
• Manage deadlines and organize work to ensure accuracy and completion
• Continue to build industry knowledge through training CE and expanded responsibilities
• Support department projects and other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or GED required; 2 or 4year degree preferred
• Prior insurance industry experience preferred
• At least one year of customer service experience preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook; basic PowerPoint)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities
